For those of you on our newsletter list we shared with you some of the ways we are listening, learning and acting in light of recent events. We stand in solidarity with the peaceful protests and activists demanding justice for the black community. Since the start of Sweat Goddess I have been looking for ways to give back. I am beyond thrilled to announce starting today we are donating 5% of all your orders to the NAACP. Other ways we are taking action:: 

This weekend all money collected for Tracy Anderson live classes will be donated to the NAACP, Campaign Zero & The Loveland Foundation.

I have begun having the conversation about race, racism, and learning with my kids. Action and change starts at home. We are LOVING learning about these African American visionaries from this free poster.
